Tony-
• Round 8 cancellation was a good decision because of weather.
• Banquet at Casslemans. Will not be starting food and starting an hour later
• MRA Bylaws reviewed this time of year and make changes as necessary. Last year we converted to non-profit. Make recommendation that Track Marshal and New Rider Director are changed to two year terms. Current board structure has 9 members that can turn over. Track Marshall works very closely with EMT’s and corner workers and would like to maintain continuity. NRD ‘s role is every weekend with Super Street. Amendment of bylaws will be on ballot.
• Reviewing and renewing contract with race publications for program. 8 years now
• Pikes Peak International Hill Climb- road paved to the top. Modifications to rules and class structure. Glenn advised Tony that this is not the case. Glenn- talked to them on phone and that any motorcycle that doesn’t fit into existing structure will go into exhibition class. As a result we have scheduled a race at Pueblo weekend before with hopes to draw in motorcycle racers to set up bikes. We offered to run their oddball classes on Sunday like 450’s.
• Fees- depending on what happens with closing of board directors tonight, we may have applications tonight. Licenses will be bumped to $200. Endurance Fee structure – increase if you only run it $80 for 1st and $120 for 2nd. If you add to sprints, it will be added at normal structure. It’s where we are heading and members will not be able to vote on it. Crew passes and associate memberships will remain the same.
• 2012 board nominations close tonight. No new nominations. If you’re nominated in wrong position please advise us. Ballots go to chaplain boots address do not send to PO Box. Need bio’s by Sunday night. Going to printer on Monday and will be mailed shortly after.
• Riding board members are expected to be at and teach at race school and 4 superstreet classes.
• Rybo not returning as VP. Applaud him for efforts last 2 years. Really appreciated council and thoughts.
• Wyeth killed it with press releases last 2 years. Poked fun at a number of us and it was awesome. A lot of effort into it.
• Bartman has been handsome and an ambassador. Appreciates concern of being VP and having business building bikes.
• Wilson way over did it. Appreciate it and looking forward to it.
• All in all it was a very good year and we are going to have a great 2012.
• Looking at extensive rules package for 4 hour endurance.
• No old business

Rybo-
• Don’t have a lot. Continengy wrapped up for season this past weekend.
• Not running for VP
• License applications will go out before 1st of year. We have 21 printed apps.
• New payment process for security and ease of transactions. We have online payment portal if for credit card. Do not send in application with credit card number. Will take checks but no cash. Tony points out you can print off approval page with your application.
• Thanks for last two years
Lisa-
• Looked into crystal ball and thankful we canceled round 8.
• Round 7 was not a big as loss. We had $5400 in walkups. $1500 super street entries. Only took a $1700 loss for the weekend. Kudos for everyone that came out.
• $57000 in bank. For successful 2012, all but $7000 is spoken for. Contracts, insurance, banquet, paying last insurance installment.

Jen(Tony)
• Novice hours, we will post up on forum so can be disputed.
• Lisa said backup is to email her after 24hours.
Bartman-
• Hates to admit but he likes us
• Pueblo repave has started. Turn 10 is going to change but not quite what we wanted but will be slower. It should be safer. It will not elimate issue with rain. Has copy of Pueblo’s plan if anyone wants to see.
• Happy that he is stepping down. Carl’s qualifications are that he is a fairly capable mechanic. Congrats Carl
Ray-Ray- has nothing
Brownie –
• Not a whole lot. Just wanted to thank everyone that helped out and hopes that everyone will continue to help out next year
• Have some changes in mind to improve super street next season.
Wyeth-
• Final press releases for champions and banquet.
• Not running again. Good luck to everyone that is running for Press position.
• Its been a pleasure serving the club the past 2 years.
Aaron –
• Thanks to all 2011 sponsors.
• He will be contacting current class sponsors for renewal. They will have first right of refusal.
• Seeking a title sponsor for RoR to increase cash purse.
Shannon-
• Rule change meeting this Sunday
• Quick summary of rule changes posted and what author put down.
• Thanks to all those that provided for corner workers at corner worker appreciation.
• Question asked about tech on Friday. He will get with Hot Carl and it will be worked out for next year.
• Ricky asked if his two suggestions made it in; oversized radiators for superstreet, and meatball infractions.
Jim-
• Thank you for letting me serve the club the past 2 years.

New Business-
Ricky Orlando-
• Will be selling racer ads in program for $99 for racers to thank sponsors.
• Is anyone interested in placing business ad? Please get in touch Ricky. Will be posted on forum.
• Please try to get involved.
• Brown asked pricing for business ads.
• 5000 programs are printed and distributed.
• Reason Ricky and Mark got into it is that years past they didn’t get distributed. Ricky took challenge of selling advertising and Mark took job of laying out program. Every April they are distributed to every deal in the state.
• Tammy does have a lot of past vintage programs available at Vanmar.
Terry Howard-
• MOST(motorcycle operator safety training) program is in jeapordy. Some issues need to be fixed. $4 from every motorcycle registration goes into fund and $2 for every drivers license. This is used to subside MSF programs around the state. State did an audit of program and wants to shut it down.
• Tony – in his travels he has visited a lot of DMV’s and a lot of states of very good programs. With the type of riding we have here it is a serious issue.
Tony adjourns meeting at 7:49pm.
