Officer’s reports:
 President: Tony Baker-BBVA Compass bank Check out their programs. They link your debit card to your account THEY give the MRA money.
 Pueblo Turn out we know when we do an 8 race season it is easier to skip a round. But we lose money. We only just lost a lot of money. We can’t do that on a regular basis. The track was not bad. Thanks to all that came down. We had fun aside from the rain.
Pat lost it so bad that the timing & scoring system
They are re doing turn 10
They did a lot of safety improvements.
We are sitting at 800 in the hole for the entire season
We are officially In the red on the entire season.
We do have a small kitty that is from the licenses fees we are using that
We use that for track deposits, insurance, banquet, trophies
In the last 29 years of the MRA the board is going to look at the cost of a series
Not a race but an 8 race series if it costs XXXX amount for a season & we do not have the funds we will not run the races.
We do not want to drop it to a 7 race season. It is either raise fees or drop number of races
We have 2 years of solid data forecasting
The schedule cards or 2 for 1 flyers are available if you can hand them out that would be a huge help.
Quality inn did a special rate for the MRA they will work a deal with us for next season if we have a certain amount of members wanting rooms
Still have T-shirts
