Up for sale is a 1998 CBR 900RR street bike
Bike is in excellent condition. I am the original owner with less than one mile on the odometer. Currently it has 22,XXX miles. The following modifications have been done on it:
Jetted with Factory jet kit (124hp at the rear wheel per Erico)
Yohsimura slip on race only carbon fiber pipe
DID 520 gold chain
Changed gearing to one down on the front sprocket and two up in the rear. Has excellent low end torque and quick acceleration.
Black Box speedometer recalibrator. Speed is correct with the current gearing
Flush mount carbon fiber turn signals
Cut the rear fender for a cleaner look but still maintaining the huge trunk
Carbon fiber bar ends
Misc. carbon fiber trim
K&N filter
Double Bubble windscreen
Dunlop Sportmax tires
Aftermarket knurled foot pegs
Recent oil change and front brake replacement
Always garaged either at work or home
Bike has NEVER been down. I guarantee that you will not find a nicer, cleaner bike out there. I have always taken care of it by cleaning and maintaining it. I will be willing to throw in a swing arm stand, front stand, and helmet if I get full price. I am asking $3000/OBO. You won’t be disappointed with how clean and well taken care of it is.
