You will need an AMB 260 transponder. They can be purchased new at http://www.mylaps.com/index.php/us_eng/Websites/B2C/bike/shop You can save some money by buying a used one. They will show up for sale on this forum and WERA classifieds but they go fast.

Do we still have them for rent?

I rented twice last year. $50 a go IIRC.
