I'm leaving the country Dec 18-24 for vacation, but coming up on the 17th to purchase some furniture and goods for my new casa, and don't feel comfortable leaving the trailer parked at a hotel near DIA for a week. Does anyone have room to spare, would drop it off later Saturday 17th, pick it up 24th around 4pm... Any help much appreciated, merry Christmas to all!![/url]

Ya, but he is going to DIA. Half as east as you.

16x7 ...... Next question, would anyone be willing to pick up a piece of furniture for me on Dec 22, or Dec 23 @ I-70 & Tower Road.. I'll pay you for your time.

T-bag, where are you located?

I'm in thornton not far from DIA but a 16 x 7 trailer is too long for my driveway. My 10x7 fits and I have room next to it for another one but a 16 foot long box plus the tongue is too long for my driveway. My suburban only has about 3 feet behind it if I pull it up to my garage door.

If it helps I could take your vacation trip for you then you wouldn't have to worry about your trailer.

In case nothing works out, you can park a truck & trailer together in the DIA Pikes Peak long term lot for $7/day. It's fenced in, fully lit up at night, and has shuttle and security patrols about every 15 min 24 hrs. There are oversize/RV parking stalls toward the west end of the lot big enough for a semi.

I parked my 5th wheel there several times while I left town for a week. Although your not supposed to, I spent the night in my trailer there, so I _know_ how often the security truck comes around. Honestly, I felt it was safer there than parked anywhere in town.

Big thanks to all who chimed in... Jen Jen was nice enough to offer up a parking spot, AND pick up my couch... You really have to love the mra family! I guess in 2012 I can't give her such a hard time... thanks again guys and gals!

Back in 2001 we had a really nice Olds walk off from a long term lot at DIA with security, and no trace of it was ever found. Well other than the video of some guys arm sticking the ticket out the window to pay for the parking fee.
