I hired a property management company to manage my property and find a tenant. I let the management company know that the house is available for rent by August 2nd, but he was welcome to start advertising it in late July. Now I can't get the guy to return calls or emails. There have been 4 calls and 3 emails with zero response and I can't find the house advertised anywhere. Since he has not returned my calls or emails for a week now, can I break the 30 day contract with him and get somebody else to do it? If he doesn communicate with me by tomorrow than I want to break the contract and find another company to mange it. Am I legal to break the contract?
