Hell with the theory, show us something we can use!

Absolutely. So want to know what I'm looking at when I set up a bike at the track? Come to the seminar on 25 June 2011, Saturday, at the shop- 216 Commerce Dr Unit F, Fort Collins, 80524. Plan on 3 hours, starting at 2. We'll talk about all the regular set up parameters- sag and preload, the right springs, compression and rebound damping settings to start, and then what changes cause what effect- and maybe why you'd want to change something...
