I have a friend flying out to race the 4 hour endurance.

Is the MRA waving the reciprocity license like they did last year?

Basically, yes.

They will still have to fill out a full membership packet, and become full-fledged members. However - provided that they HAVE already gotten a 2011 license from another recognized race organization, we will waive the license fee.

If not, then they will have to buy a license.
