New class track records were set over the weekend! Three new records now exist for our new classes in 2011.
- Thunderbike was claimed by #94 Jon Glaefke on his Pierobon F042 at 1:55.239.
- Formula 40 rider #77 Patrick Lansu now adds another record of 1:56.378 for the class to his credit.
- 250 Production Cup seemed to be the most interesting of all. Saturday, the record was set by #213 Jason "Hammer" Madama at 2:12.359.
Sunday, it was broken by returning veteran racer #885 Geoff Cesmat who took almost a full second off the previous day's time. The record now stand at 2:11.470. The amazing thing about this is somehow over the winter these bikes got nearly four seconds faster since their demo race last year.
