I would like to have the ability to run 2-3 tire warmers (in case anyone else needs the power) and maybe a couple other small things like a radio etc. What kind of watts does everyone recommend?

I was looking at a UST 3500W from Big 5 for $280 and didn't know if this would work or if anyone has experience with that brand. Thoughts?

My thoughts?

Get a nice, small, quiet generator.

These are pretty nice units and on sale right now for a fair price. They have an inverter built in as well so they can power things like electronics / computers that you SHOULD NOT run on a typical generator.

Also this is really nice unit available locally

These are basically copies of the Honda generator and are pretty nice units.

As loud as possible and put it right next to Tony Baker's trailer. I am sure you need power at night too, so I would just run it 24/7. I heard they run better open header too!

I have the kipor 2kW generator that Scott linked to. That is a good price.

It looks, operates, and sounds like the honda, at a much lower price. Sips fuel, too.

Whatever you buy, make sure parts are available and someone can fix it...

This will run 3 sets of warmers. Buddy of mine has it at his shop here in Pueblo. It would be mine but I need something to fit in the trunk or at least close.
