Officer’s reports:
 President: Tony Baker- Really good time at baquet, great turnout, 270 people. Jonathan Green from WSBK was there and spoke. Thanked everyone for coming out. We have trophies here for those who were unable to make banquet. Schedule set up except for race school. Clasroom Friday night April 8th at Fay Myers. Track session will either be Sat/Sun April 9/10 or following weekend if weather is unfavorable. Finalized insurance for this year. Not required to be AMA member. We do encourage to be a member since they do a lot of advocating our rights. 99% certain that insurance will raise displacement limit for 12 year olds and up to 250cc. Previously 125cc for 12-15. Problem is 125cc are no longer made and we have a 12 year old rider that has already purchased ninja 250 to race with us. 60 days before we’re on the racetrack. We have additional copies of slideshow dvd from slideshow. We will be keeping the same transponder system. It was fixed with 2 year warranty. We looked into other systems and the technology is not adequate enough for roadrace use. Explained value and exposure from sponsoring race class. Get with Ricky Orlando on program if interested in placing an ad. GB Fish n Chips gives discount if show MRA card. Walnut Room too. Tony cognized new 250 racers that were present. David Mobley asked if we would do a separate 250 class for the 4 hour endurance. Joe Logalbo asked if the MRA would post a list of local companies offering an MRA discount. Tony says we will be post it up but it will be up to all the local racers to add to it. Jeff Brown asked that Tony explain what the CMC is. Wyeth asked that Tony announce that he is the MRA’s CAMA rep.

 Vice-President: Scott Rybarik- Encourage everyone to send license apps in. More email blasts coming. Post cards will be sent. Early bird deadline that saves you 50 bucks March 15h. We spent most of money end of year. We have 9600 left in bank. All track deposits are paid: 50% of track rental paid. Don’t know whole lot about contingency. Honda has pulled from MRA completely. Tony did send note to Honda regarding including CBR250 in 250 cup class. Yamaha has come back with 4 rounds of contingency. 1 at PMP, 1 PPIR, 2 HPR. Bridgestone is on, Pirelli may not have any program this year. Ducati is doing contingency program for 848 EVO.

 VP of Rules & Tech: Bart McKerinan- Faster moved to Brighton and 38th. Don’t cheat and he will be more vigilant this year.
