Why do you think I brought it over to you? I have to say you did a great job, and Denny's work over at Brighton Radiator is awesome as well. As a bonus, the rear stereo now works as does the headphone system throughout the van.

So, I was thinking about redoing some of the electrical work on the conversion amenities... ](*,)

Awesome that you got the extra bonus. If you redo some of the wiring just beware of all the insulation. You will itch for days. I felt like I was working on my wiring in my house when I worked on the van. Too funny.

Wanted to take the time out and thank Chris Weed and everyone else at Factory Trained Auto Repair Llc. for checking on my 2004 Ford F-350 today. I did take advantage of the free diagnosis and am glad I did. Chris found some little gremlins for me that I would have never located. He definitely knows his stuff.

As some of you may know, I am an auto claims adjuster for a fairly large insurer in the US. I would not hesitate to send any diagnostic and repair work his way.

If you don't like good customer service, attention to detail and a go above and beyond attitude, then I would suggest you not visit Chris and his shop. I for one will be returning in the future for sure and would recommend him. I have been in the auto claims business coming on 11 years and have seen my share of good/bad service techs. I would say Chris is one of the good ones for sure! Thanks again FTAR.

I didn't notice you did gas ford engines as well. I might be bringing my rig in soon. Don't really need anything except some ideas on a few additions.

I've been working at Ford dealerships for the last 10 years and have been working on everything Ford,Lincoln,Mercury. And since most Ford dealership guys start at the dealership and only know Ford, I had the priveledge of working on all the other makes and models they couldn't figure out. I started in the aftermarket long before I worked at a dealership so it was no big deal. But Ford is still my specialty.

My 7.3 truck feels absolutely renewed and revived after basically a head to toe 210k refresh from Chris' shop. Nice to be able to trust without doubt when you bring your truck to a shop. It's a good thing to support independent small businesses like this and I encourage anybody in the MRA to bring their vehicles here for work as you will be very happy with the work and service.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to all of the MRA members who have been helping us out by bringing their vehicles to us. It has been a very fun and rewarding experience starting this shop and being able to treat people the way all shops should treat their customers. It has been a struggle keeping busy and is also very scary not knowing if you will always be able to pay the rent. Since our location is not seen from the road we rely purely on word of mouth and the little advertising we can afford. And without the help of these people and the future help of everybody spreading the word we could not be here so thank you:

Chris,

It's more than a pleasure to give you my business. It's rare today to find high quality work at honest prices. You and your shop provide that. Our interactions with you have been nothing short of execptional.

I will continue to send friends and family your way as well as I know that they will get excellent treatment from you and the rest of the crew over there.

Thank you!

Scott
