Can these be rebuilt? If so it is easy to do or does anyone here do that?

Just lining up stuff to get done for next season....and I am not one to procrastinate. I want to start working on my bike for next year the weekend after the last race. I have a long list of things to fix, check, do and buy. In looking at the list, might be easier to just get a new bike but the camo was tedious to put on.

And I also don't think my tectronic quickshift is working. Can that be checked and fixed or will I have to get a new one?
