Welcome! Thanks to Johnny B for letting the MRA use the Walnut room!
Last race was awesome turn out good!
111 entries for the endurance!
Lot of people from out of state!
Let Lisa talk about financials!
We did make money not as much as we had hoped!
Average rider numbers were down due to the fact a lot of people rode endurance
3400 spectators
We have done great with advertising all of our events
In past we have not had a lot of spectators
Sign up early
Registration for round 7 will close the Friday 1 week before the race
July last year we had no money & Feb was the same
We have 40000 in the bank
You can enter for all of the races you do not have to wait for a round to be over. If you do auto pay it will run on wed or Thursday
Email Blasts of a survey being sent out
Please respond so we have the riders input on what to do for schedules n other stuff
Will we do another 4hr endurance? Yes besides it being changed for 3hrs it was awesome only 1 fall down
Toyota liked it & next year we promoted it
SS we still need to run that so that we can get new riders
Now that we know what it was like to hold that weekend
ROR pay out go up? We are not ready for that
We made some big cuts this year but we had to do it for the good of the club
Entries are the same
Bank account needs to have a reserve
Revenue has been the same as last year
We live to serve our members but we do not want to run the club into the ground
Would like to end his term with 50000.00 in the bank
Talking about Equipment repairs things that have been put off
The Board has been talking about that in detail!
Transponder system
Repairs made is covered for 2 year
The next thing that breaks will be something that they did not touch
The thing at Pueblo when peoples laps were missed some people were protested other were not done in time
Did not occur at HPR
Next time we will not have Drags
Judy Fasst has communicated with us about Friday track days
? Next year for CW day can we have it set up so that the members can watch?
They packed up the truck then they went to get the stuff
Make it more of an event than the way that we did it!
Disappointed with the turnout at the Band n BBQ event

We have 3400 paying gate w/2for1
554 spectators that entered
158 sign ups
Average per rider 210.00-215.00 per rider it is lower due to the fact a lot of people only ran the endurance
We paid all the Corner Workers that worked on sat & came back sun they got an extra $20
We pay per bike so our track rental went up.
Toyota how did they become the sponsors
Paid for Trophies they gave us a thousand Toyota wanted to take the event on.
Loved atmosphere on hot pit people came out of their trailers

SS Class Novice race licenses they only have to do 2 Super Street races
6 racers have bought a licenses
Will Super Street impact our annual new rider school?
We did not have as much of a loss since we did open practice!
We have had in the past a big school with 30-40 people getting their licenses then nothing all season now we have the 30 plus some throughout the season

We had a big turnout of CW n they all got paid we will only pay the first 22 that sign up or show up with Tim if you are 23or more you only get free lunch

Carports are up at HPR 15x20 has RV pedestals
Parking behind it is yours.
30amp-125 3 day weekend
50amp 150 for the weekend
Lowered the prices for RV spots!
You can drop your RV spot to get a carport spot
Difference between new & old pricing
Ted Winning- Track assistant he was the biggest help His mother had a stroke he will be leaving to take care of the family business
CAMA Board- people will come out here n there he got it done
Mike Applehans will be taking Teds title Facility manager
Glenn will still be the main contact
Budget is down a little we are working on marketing the track is in no way going under
Having a water system? The carports are the end of the big investments
Have taken care of the needs, Classroom, Bathrooms, Shade, place to eat, Pavilion
It is a lot of work to get a well tap about 20000 just for that

He has a guy he pays to drive n get the water from deer trail.
Have to have a water treatment thing due to the fact we are a commercial property
