Bare Bones Machine TZ/Rotax for sale

This is a TZ250 chassis with a 510cc air-cooled Rotax engine in it. It was originally built by Jay Wright of Bare Bones Machine, and he recently installed this complete brand new engine in the bike. The header and carb are brand new as well. It has a widened rear rim, fresh sprockets, new upper & lower & windscreen. All bodywork freshly painted.

Asking $5000.

I will be taking the bike out for a track day at High Plains Friday the 27th, and will have it in the pits Saturday and Sunday for the MRA races. Come have a look! If you are interested, or know someone who might be, this is a great chance to actually see the bike in the Denver area. I live in Santa Fe.

I was at the track, but did not get to run the bike much, as an oil leak developed at the shift shaft seal. One of those little "for want of a nail" type problems that should be no big deal to fix, but prevented me from riding more than a half dozen laps on Friday. Not nearly enough for me to get up any sort of speed, since I'd never been to HPR before.

I had it pitted with Tony Baker Sat-Sun while I was out working in T8.
