on-line entry

Can someone give me a hand with the on-line entry? Jen entered my info and I registered and got an e-mail with my username and password, but I am still getting this error:

Your account is not active for the current racing season.

Is there a trick to this?

You haven't signed up for an online account yet... there's no user id or password in there for you.

Totally different than the forums, so don't use that...
