2004 Aprilia RSV-R Factory with approximately 14,000 miles on the odometer. The bike is in Denver highlands and is available to view in person. Prefer local sale - and have seen/heard all the SCAMs - so dont bother if thats you.

This is considered by MOST everyone to be one of BEST true Italian Superbikes. The motors are low maintenance and bombproof and around the world are many owners who report greater than 80,000 miles without much maintenance or any issues. This is the FACTORY model - which means it has all the top line components for suspension, wheels, controls etc - could be a racebike without many mods. You wont see yourself on every corner - and the bike always gets looks, nods and compliments.

Overall the bike is in great condition and has always been garage stored. It's a completely sorted bike with all recalls/service bulletins completed. It has been serviced by authorized Aprilia dealers and has most the records available (I am not original owner). All the "what to look for" issues that are known to occur to the 2nd gen bikes have been addressed. Cosmetically it's also in very good condition. There are a few small imperfections from the previous owner who set it down in his custom trailer but nothing major and never downed riding.

It has all the factory recalls performed (rear swingarm, stator, brown connectors) Fork seals replaced with genuine Ohlins seals at 8500 miles. Oil is Motul Synthetic.

Has all 3 keys and the manual.

This is a 2004 Colin Edwards/Nori Haga limited edition. The Factory has the following extras:
Ohlins R&T forks with external rebound and compression adjusters
Ohlins rear shock - fully adjustable
Forged aluminum OZ wheels instead of the heavy cast version
Ohlins steering damper
Brembo Radial Brakes
Carbon fiber trim instead of thermoplastic (rear hugger, front hugger, side covers, engine vents)

Aftermarket parts/extras on the bike include:
- Almost new ~150 miles - Bridgestone BT 016 tires frt/rear
- brand new zero mile Yuasa battery - still in box
- FULL (header to pipe) custom Racing Exhaust - great sound and increase in hp (this is a 1 of a kind carbon fiber Delkevic with custom hand made stainless connector pipes and mounted under the tail section)
- Acculign fully adjustable anodized rearsets
- Pazzo Clutch/Brake levers
- RG and Rhino Moto full body sliders and axle sliders
- PUIG dubblebubble light smoke windscreen
-lightened flywheel mod - revs quicker - better throttle response

The bike has been dealer serviced with the following updates:
-Updated swingarm
-Stator
-Brown connectors
-Fork seals changed at 8,500 miles with genuine Ohlins parts
-ECU Map2 initiated for better performance with the exhaust
-All valve clearances checked and within spec

In short, this is a fully-sorted Italian exotic superbike that will run with anything out there. Im not desperate to sell but a MTB injury means I don’t expect to ride this year - that said - have priced below market and book value ($8650 kbb) Would also be interested in the right trades - no junk - similar value - (RV/Camper, Audi vehicle)
