Does anyone have or know a place localy to get some seat foam???? Or a great replacement for it?? I move around in the seat to much and I want to put it at the end piece of the seat to narrow my movement. Thanx if anyone can help.

Try a kayak supply shop - the foam they use works pretty well on racebikes.

McGuckin's in Boulder used to sell a bed roll for camping that was closed cell foam. Not quite as fancy as HRC stuff, but a lot cheaper and you'd be able to do a number of seats before running out.

We can ship you Woodcraft seat foam that is precut for most bikes. Let me know.

He wants it to go behind him to make his movement smaller sliding back on the seat. The tail he has now uses the stock seat. Not sure you guys would have something like that?

It's basicly a foam square and it can be used for a seat or a butt pad to limit movement. We have foam about 3/4" thick and just layer it to get the desired depth, you can find high density foam out there but shaping it is a pain so layering is easier.

Battery charger with alligator clips and a piece of wire... What could be more difficult about shaping seat foam?

Why is it that you feel you are sliding too far back in the seat? Is this during acceleration or something?

It's when I'm breaking. I don't like to be all nuts on the tank. I'm alittle tall so I like to be sitting back a bit. Plus it helps knowing where I really am on the seat
