Does anyone know if there were any injuries sustained in that wreck. Here are the pictures of it.

Notice in the 3rd picture the crazy SOB still has his hand on the throttle, that what I call perseverance.

I am not laughing one bit at the accident or rider. I hope he is ok. And if he is, I hope that someone makes a motivational poster out of pic 3 with the subtext of something similar to what Bart said.

Any crash you can walk away from is worth a chuckle cause everytime you do you have cheated the odds, I should know I've had enough to know and years from now he will look back at this and tell his buddies about his first race crash. I would love to have a crash sequence for posterity but no such luck at this point and its not worth a crash just to have it. If we can't laugh whats the point of life or racing.

This guy re-teched and made it back to the grid after the red flag. Nothing was going to stop him from racing.

His name is Luis Soto, he works with me. He did not re-tech after, we packed him up and he went to the hospital. About the only serious injury was hammered kidneys, he was back at work today. Sore, but already asking questions to get his bike ready for PPIR.

Another junkie is created!

If he's like the rest of us the only thing on his mind on the way to the hospital was HOW MY BIKE?

Ironically the paramedic I was working with both days was curious about that very common reaction from racers. I just laughed and told him "dude you wouldn't understand..."

The bike wound up about 3/4 between turn 1 and turn 2 corner stations.

It sounds promising. They have asked me to send them a cd with the unedited hi resolution pictures on it. I'm crossing my fingers that this will make the RRW crash page and give the club somemore attention.

Thanks

Hi Snowman. I hope the Super Street Class and MRA gets a lot of press out of this. I am pretty excited, the art director has asked me to ftp the files over to her instead of sending them on a CD. Man I can't wait for work to get done today. :)
