 Can work off novice hours by attending the General meeting. 1 hour per meeting

 Welcome thank you for coming Hopefully the General meeting will grow as time goes on
 Reports-Thrilled about the banquet have an awesome time!!!! thank you Johnny B for hooking us up.
 They had the perfect area for our group
 Broke even on the Banquet so that was an awesome thing
 A lot of people showed
• Was Casslemans happy?? Yeah it was a win win
• Pencil us in for next year we would like to do it there again.
• The price might go up just a little
 Has signed all contacts but Pueblo
 Insurance is being looked into Trying to save the Club money

 Takes License apps have processed a few apps waiting for more to come in hopefully we will have about 10000.00 in revenue
 If you have not sent in your app please send it in as soon as you can
 Deadline for early bird special ends March 15th Post mark must be on or before March 15th
 Charges will come out within the next week
 For the 1st time in a long time all the classes are spoken for we are working on collecting the money
 The Board has worked very hard to get things to this point.
 Contingency Kawi still evaluating
 Yamaha Same as last year
 Ducati out
 KTM 3 rounds
 Suzki still thinking
 Honda- Still evaluating
 Michelin-had to negotiate but paying the same
 ‘Perelli- has stepped up since last year will have a vendor there
 Dunlop will be the same as last year-working on a vendor at the track (Oscar will be the new Dunlop rep.
 Faster will support Bridgestone.
 Several pending plans for HPR
 Race Fuel is at the track already
 Pay at the pump
 3 grades Race Fuel no pump gas

 Current Balance 2870.00
 Out standing bill PPIR HPR deposits 9500 owed between the 2 Tracks
 we will be in the hole 9000.00

 We usually lose 6 thousand at the banquet
 New rider apps coming in should get money in the bank soon
 We have a safety fund money came from endurance fees we would buy things like the truck safety equipment.
 It is no longer being used and we are being charged $10 a month to have that open

 Will close that account and move it to general checking!
 Let people know we have been doing e-mail blasts in the last 8 days the BOARD has saved 16350.00 for 2010
• 6500 on banquet
• 3900 saved Trophies
• 4500 saved on insurance
• 1600 saved on wireless cards
• The truck is now being stored at HPR
• We are cutting cost where we can without cutting it from the safety fund.

• PR: Jim Wilson – 2 weeks ago had a booth at the swap meet free booth was an interesting time
• Got some names to add to the e-mail list
• Most of the outlaw gangs attend
• Abate gave us space on their monthly news letter they are adding us.
• Posters being hung in every shop around town.
• small flyer 2 for 1 as well
• Printed enough posters to post in the shops no more
• If you want 2 for 1 flyers have to be picked up at a meet and greet or at a bike shop.
• Jon-Great job on all the PR. Tell your friends and Family that is one of the best ways to get people out there
• Press releases on 9 news.com
• Posters did not cost us anything, Chris Buford is our new rider and he has a Print shop and has been so kind to give us the flyers n posters for FREE!!!! Thank you Chris
• Bike Nights will be done here at the WALNUT room

• Rulebook: Casey Dragos –

• Rule book will not be mailed out it is posted on line.

• If you have any questions email Casey Dragos he will be happy to help.
• Online Rules will be posted soon.
• Check out Supersport rules and superstreet.

• Has been doing the press stuff
• Would like to thank Jim Wilson for his help with getting things done.
• RRW press releases as well as 9 news Adele Arkawa
• Press release on our banquet
• Want to feature our #1 plate holder
• Cross Promo RMVR, SCCA, Abate they have all been wanting to work with us
• They are continuing to reach out to us. The SCCA has offered to the MRA to have 2 bikes on display @ the Auto show in April
• It is a 5 day event we need all of our members help to get Volunteers
• The SCCA is wanting to brain storm with the MRA about how to get more spectators
• They asked us to attend one of their board meetings which we will attend. We are trying to get our name out everywhere.
• NOVICES can work the Denver auto show!!! You will get you 4 hours.
• Same Venue? Probably at the event center.
• Are we going to try to get promoted with the AMA? Tony- NO cause we have not paid everything in advance to have our names in there. Yes it would be great but has not happened
• John Ullrich- He loved the idea about SuperStreet they want to feature the MRA and the Super Street Class.to be at the New Rider School
• Promote what we do and help out the club
• Bikes go in Monday and stay there
• Wed-Sun April7th-11th
• We had a great idea about getting class champs to come out and work the event.
• Staffing an event for 5 days
• Board of Directors will need to work the race school
• Abate weekend Probably the last weekend in July

• Tony Mentioned how much has been saved. Not only was it the board IT WAS OUR MEMBERS THAT ACTULLAY CAME UP!
• Over the last few years we have only had mainly 15 people most Board members it is good to see a lot of faces here tonight.
• A Huge Thank you to our members!!
• Most classes are paid or spoken for.
• If anyone is interested for next season please let us know.

• We will keep track will have their logo on it shop name and Logo
• Will be a ticket like idea so that it could not be duplicated.
• Telling the people that are helping our club giving them something of value
• So if you go to dealers they will have the flyers
• We are trying to give back to our dealers.
• Buy a Bike get a voucher, Shops only. Super Street class.
• Wyeth likes the promo with the dealer. A lot of street riders do not know anything about the MRA so it will incise the dealers to tell someone buying a bike.
• We are looking at the idea of Level 1 level 2.
• Level 1 will teach the basics
• Level 2 will have more advanced things
• We will be doing things as a group so our riders know what a race day would be like.
• Baby steps thing $100 to run in the Super Street
