Sorry to hit the forums with this one desperation has set in,
but I need to get a 1 year contract postition filled
for a Software Configuration Management engineer
working with ClearCase & MultiSite and doing builds.
Any bit fairies out there want to make $48.00/hr in Loveland
(Agilent's the company, Volt is the contracting company),
and sorry, but you would have to work with me :)

wow.

Generally I am the one checking in the bugs, not attempting to compile them or argue with the repository, but that is a pretty good contract! :)

Wow! I doubt our buildmeisters get that much, but I guess health benefits offset that. I do know that they can get pretty stressed at times trying to coordinate builds across 6 environments (from Dev to Prod). :?

Yer a puss. There is no difference between production and development environments!

( Caveat: Just make sure you have understanding customers before trying the above... )

As a Tester, this is why I hate developers like you. [-X

Also, having been Dan's "bit fairy" before, he forgot to mention a couple other prerequisites for the position:
- Must be able to consume too much coffee
- Must be able to endure beatings and verbal berating
