I'm a 28 year old supermoto racer that owns a house. I'm looking to rent out a bedroom, private bath, living room, and access to the garage. House is located near Fountain/Fort Carson High School in a nice quite laid back neighborhood. Smoking outside, no pets would be preferred. $400 neg. plus split utilities (in the middle of winter, 1/2 would be about $100). Doesn't include cable or interent. Background check will be requested. Terms of the rental would be month to month because the house will probably go up for sale.
