Goto Northern tool website and punch in item number 143881 it'll show you pictures of the Handy Air Lift Model number 10740 and tell you more about it.
Basically though it's a 1000 pound capacity air assisted lift comes complete with everything pictured, the front wheel chock, ramp and pull rod and weighs a few pounds as it's very durable. You may want to go by your local shop and see what they use as I almost guarantee they've got the same. As I've worked in the industry it seems to be the most widely used one out there. Otherwise you can come to my shop and see it in person.
