I actually just received the info back from the venue, and pending final approval of the proposal we're looking at:

February 6, 2010 at Casselman's Bar & Venue 2620 Walnut Street Denver

Probably be Doors open at 6:00, food at 7:00ish, and awards starting 7:30 or so...

Pricing will be tiered:

$xx for ticket only

or

$XX for ticket and food (you'll pre-order what you want from a limited menu)

That way if you want food, you can have it - and if you'd prefer to skip dinner then it's up to you and you can pocket the difference. I'm hoping to have as many people as possible attend this year and so making the pricing attractive and giving people choices should help.
