 Vice-President—Tony Baker
 Big thing is The miller series has contact us to do a combined event
 Meaning that they come up here we go there
 We would race with them get points in their series. They would get the same with us
 Some of our odd ball classes would not be run.
 Gridding Mix the grids mesh the rows
 Logistically- wouldn’t be tough. Concerns about our members showing up as well as canceling their races as well as us canceling a race.
 Hastings only had 67 that paid. Needed our members to go they did not show & that impacted the MRA drastically.
 To get our members to participate-would the members go?? How is it going to impact our members? Getting the Max amount of members to show up at the current 8 races that we have could be difficult much less asking them to travel.
 ??Drop a race?? Would hurt the club more economically
??Are there any over lapping classes that are about the same?? Not sure would have to check on that. Brown-They have mainly the same classes as we currently do. They just have different names.
Ben Fox-The thing about dropping a race is if we have our races and people choose not to come they could drop that race.
If our members drop a home race the MRA loses money.
Everyone who chases Championships it could hurt them if they don’t go to the Miller race.
Fred- thinks it is a good idea.
Brown spoke to the Miller Board- Their turn outs been average of 60 riders. He feels that they will not come here since they have such a low turn out.
That’s what killed it the last time. Their members don’t like the fact we don’t have garages
Tony-Nude ran the middle track series that is a travel series & they did not have good turn outs plus not many of our members wet to those races.
Maybe we do this for 2011. Recession is not done yet.
We should do full Reciprocity for other clubs so we can get other riders to join us.
The guys that are going to go to miller are going to be champ riders.
Everyone Likes the Reciprocity idea.
Brown-A lot of riders might not show.

 Work on Scheduling Contingency so that if any MRA guys/girls want to race out there can go.
They ran A lot special deals for the last miller race. They do not have to pay a lot for their track. They basically break even for the M.O.M. series. We had 2 expert riders at the last race.
Keith Eastin won the Novice class. Aaron Arillia got 3rd in Novice
If there is a target weekend the riders could team up to go out to Miller.
We usually have a good group that goes to Miller every year.
Tony-Unless we have anyone who wants to force going to miller we should not make our members go.
Scott Rybarik-Reciprocity should be for all clubs.
Ben- The riders that come from out of state we should have them write an article for RRW.
Disalvo-Said he loved the track. Have him write a thing about HPR.

Banquet Situation-We are still not sure places want us to pay for the place
Ticket sales go to Trophies If we have to pay for the event the MRA will lose a lot of money, Trophies are not cheap.
Brother BBQ WANTS TO HAVE US THEIR!!!!!!!! We are a lil concerned about space.
The banquet pays for the trophies. We are going to look at a place down the street. They may work with us.
May Farms- Would like us to tell them a set amount that would come through the door. No way to have a set amount. We are still looking.
Working on it will let our members know.

Nothing going on with contingency. Waiting to hear from a few places.
None of the big guys has answered as of yet.

Any of the candidates would be great for the President they have life, racing, business etc experience. Any of them would do a great job.
