Officer’s reports:
 President –Glen Conser
 Curbing for PPIR. Still looking at what can be used that is not expensive.
 HPR is coming along good getting an old bronco building hopefully that will be at the track soon.


 Vice-President—Tony Baker
 License packets are being sent out so get them in soon if you want the early bird special.
 In the packets are an order form for Shirts,Jackets,Hats…ETC … Take a look at it an order some stuff.
 Need more riders tell your friends or family get them out there to ride.
 Clarke shirts can be ordered money goes to the Clarke fund. Lets help them out.
 Contingency is coming in still. Not everything is in yet. Watch website for changes.
 Insurance is going up this season
 NEW AIRFENCE!!!!!
 New Air Fence is being purchased
 The Hendry’s Are buying a section they started the whole idea for new air fence. THANK YOU HENDRY FAMILY!!! There will be a banner for the Hendry family
 Joe spoke to the Bazil family they are donating the Gene Bazil fund to the MRA to purchase new air fence! THANK YOU THE BAZIL FAMILY & JOE FOR DOING THE WORK! There will also be a banner for the Bazil family.
 Air fence ordered should be in before the first race.




 VP of Rules & Tech – Ray-Ray
 Will need someone to help with tech this year.
 Whoever helps need to be a reliable person.
 Will get paid $25.00
 Make sure rider # is on both chin sides of your helmet.

 Everything is done and sent out.
 Money is being moved from the Gene Bazil fund to buy new Air fence.
 Some money in the bank.
 Need to put down track deposits & Insurance
 Get your packets in fast so we can pay people.

