Sponsorship Proposal

In an effort to not recreate the wheel I wanted to check here first.

Does anyone have a sponsorship proposal template that they would be willing to share?

If at all possible, I'm looking for the following, amongst other stats...

Potential (total) spectators for full 2010 season
Total miles traveled (bike = moving billboard)
Total MRA members
Total race weekends expected in 2010
Total races expected per weekend
Additional opportunities for sponsor exposure
Etc, etc, etc... What else am I missing???

Hopefully someone has this info and is willing to share.
