Just throwing this out there...
It is possible that we will have two rentals available in the next 60 days or so. While they have "Elizabeth" addresses, they're nowhere near Elizabeth. Basically they're 12 miles East of Southlands Mall at E-470 & Smoky Hill in Aurora.
First is a 5 br, 4 bath custom home on 35 acres. 3 Car attached garage, shed, etc... and it has a 1.5 mile XR100 track in the back yard! Rent in the $3000/mo range - with a possibility for Lease Purchase or outright purchase. If purchase, $525,000 or thereabouts if you use my realtor.
Second is a 2 br, 1 bath apartment on 40 acres - Fully self sufficient, and detached from main residence. Nice interior, will have new carpet, appliances and paint.
