Next race can we do "Parade Laps" again? I think I can get together 10 guys that would love to get on the track somehow. Sounded like it was a good time so can we do that again for next race?

Honestly we should do everything we did this past weekend again at the next race!

Yeah I totally agree. We need to get the PR going again and make sure to have one last blowout. Maybe we can get just a little more out of the hole.

I think the parade lap is a given from this point forward... why not??

In fact, why wouldn't we do it sat and sun? Just thinking out loud here.

Gives those an opportunity who can't make it Sunday to get out there on Saturday. I wanted to take my Lexus out on the track Sunday but I couldn't make it, but if I could of Saturday I would have not started drinking so early. :)

I would chip in a bit for the band again, possibly 20 bucks or so? Or whatever is needed. I was impressed right after Seek and Destroy.

Just a little heads up to watch out for those that may wish to wick it up. Through the years I've seen more than one hotrod do just that and cause an on track parade lap incident as they believe that they, not you need to win it. Happened the first year at Laguna at the MotoGp and three times that I've witnessed at Daytona during the fan lap. Just make sure they sign those wavers and hopefully we'll be safe.

I started drinking about 38 seconds after the track went cold. But if someone would have said I could take my car out and play around behind Glenn I would have drank while the band was playing instead.

Maybe if the group is around 8-10, anything more than that could be broken into waves. Keep the groups small, plus if you have waves whoever is leading the 2nd wave can keep an eye on the 1st wave of riders. I don't know who the escort was but putting a couple more experienced riders out there to keep a good pace may not hurt. Once I get my license and #'s I won't mind being an escort for the parade laps one bit.

I concur - it got so spread out that I think Glenn lapped the last folks - there were bikes lagging and then charging on the back straight, well out of sight of the escorts. There will probably be fewer takers on future offers, since many will have already done it, but smaller groups that can be kept in sight of an escort is imperative IMHO. That could also allow for grouping the participants in an appropriate manner: cars, sportbikes, cruisers, scooters.

Will we be extending the two-for-one spectator entries for the final race weekend (for everyone, even without a flyer)? I think that that would also be a good idea.
