Automotive scratch repair

Car was hit while parked. It's a huge scratch and a broken tail light. No note from the jackass. No nothing. Karma will catch them.

Anyway - scratch is through the clear coat but seems to not go through the paint and I think could be buffed out by the right hands. Luckily no dents. I need someone downtown, east, DTC or Aurora to make life simple. Referrals?
