Established studio, Junkyard Ink, in Louisville , CO looking for a full-time tattoo artist to fill a dedicated seat within the shop. No apprentices or junior tattooist should apply. Our shop is located just off Highway 36, one exit south of Boulder .

You will be surrounded by outstanding artwork on a daily basis. We are a custom only shop and you will not find flash offered to our clients. We require deposits of all clients that need more attention which helps our current artists schedule their time more effectively. You will be required to make an effort to bring in clients to the studio – flyers and other avenues to help with this are provided. Word of mouth generates nearly 75% of our business and we are getting very well known for our quality and unique approach to the tattooing experience. Walk-ins generated by the studio could account for more than 30% of your income.

Your clients will enjoy a state of the art shop that includes the use of Neuma air-compressed tattoo machines (should you wish to purchase the machines, the compressor and air-lines are provided) as well as a shop manager dedicated to making sure your clients are well taken care of and enjoy their experience. Our shop is super friendly with a spot for clients children to draw and watch TV, making it easier for parents to get the work done they have always wanted. We participate in local Conventions and any local competitions.

If you are dedicated and serious about your career as a tattooist and want the opportunity to be treated as a professional, check out our website at www.JunkyardInk.com and then call to schedule an interview with owner/artist – Chris Fuller at 720.536.5945. Be prepared to bring in a portfolio of drawings and completed work. Your portfolio should be reflective of your professionalism by containing high quality photos & artwork.
