MPH Hotel Sign Up Thread

[Gone_Skiing]

As in previous years the MRA will book and pre-pay for hotel rooms for corner workers who travel to Hastings, NE for the May 23rd, 24th, &25th races (race #'s 3&4).

Sign-ups will close the end of next week (at Race #2)!!! So sign up early!!!

Please reply to this thread with your full name and phone number. If you don't want to post your phone number you can PM me with it and your name as well as posting your name here.

All rooms are double occupancy so if you don't sign up as a pair then we will match you up with someone.

You can post carpool requests here as well.

The Hastings' races are always a lot of fun, particularly after hours :twisted:

Nick----Mike Matteson told me he and his girl friend will not be coming to Hastings, so don't need the room they signed up for.

Here's the bunking order, with confirmation number.

DO NOT PAY FOR YOUR ROOM!!! IT IS ALREADY TAKEN CARE OF ON MY CREDIT CARD. If you have incidental expenses or room service, then obviously that's on you and may not be charged to the room.

Also, please DO NOT take the receipt at checkout on Monday. They will be holding them for me so I can pick them up. I need the receipts so I can be reimbursed for this, as it is on my personal credit card.

The hotel is expecting all of you to arrive on Friday night, and then has you in your room Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night.

IF YOU ARE NOT ARRIVING FRIDAY NIGHT OR IF YOU ARE NOT STAYING THE ENTIRE TIME you MUST contact the hotel before 6pm on Friday to let them know.

Otherwise the MRA will be charged for the room - and you'll have to be responsible for paying for it.

Anybody up for driving my stuff out using my Sprinter Van? It includes use of an in-dash remarkable great sounding and looking Alpine DVD player. Somehow,(I know nothing) it actually operates while your driving and's perfect for those long seven or so hour jaunts to say Hastings NE!
The only problem I've found in my 29'000 miles is you tend to miss your turns! LOL, otherwise decent and very comfortable ride. Room for two and you get the opportunity to smell race fumes all the way out there or, as there's a powered roof /vent fan you can eliminate that option. Share the costs and it's yours. Call me as I'm slammed getting my two boys to do homework, take a bath, quit playing Wii and to share. Jon@720-841-6020
