HPR 4/4/09 Open?

Whats the dillio? They were listed to have a blizzard warning yesterday there, did it happen? Are they open for the motorcycle day tomorrow? How is track condish? Mud, wet?

Weather looks to be decent (so far) for tomorrow's open day)

As our spring weather has brought much uncertainty to the availability and condition of our new track and with the lack of a snow plow at this time, I would suggest that maybe having an web update on the track condition would help.
After checking weather.com/.org the weather looks decent tomorrow but with the runoff issues the various corners plagued by runoff could be tricky. I know I-70 was actually closed some recently due to the harshness of our recent storms and short of actually being there at the track makes this almost impossible. Maybe we could come up with some sort of ideas, Maybe not? Too bad we can't have camera's set up on the worst of the areas that are affected? Cell phone coverage is spotty at best so a remote Internet connection is also difficult. As I am heading out with my trusty electric vest I hope at least to turn some laps but will probably wait til afternoon to do so.
On a better note the weathers looking pretty good for Friday so hope to see you there and open up a discussion on how we all might get some track time during this fairly wet but wonderful early season

I was on I70 for that debacle yesterday.. 3hrs closed. Ick... Luckily we took a back road...

Anyway, I was planning an entire day out there.. so hopefully someone will have some news. Im holding off on packin up till I hear a "Its open" or some variation...

Thursday is another round of snow set to roll in so who knows how Friday will turn out either. :?
