Woody Witte's business is booming and he needs a good manager! Woody is a founding member of the MRA and has been there for many a racer when we've needed parts straightened or any work with wheels. Job Summary
1. The manager is responsible for all aspects of the business including its activities and the relationships between the business and its owner, employees, customers, and industry. Sustains and administers the business' policies as defined by its owner. Directs the work, monitors the quality of the business' products and services, and ensures the highest quality of customer satisfaction. Secures, protects, and maintains the quality of the business' assets, including facilities and equipment.
Skills needed
1. Experience with managing people
2. Proven and measurable experience "growing" a business, preferably in a small business environment.
3. Experience with process installation
4. Multi-Tasking
5. Takes initiative and demonstrates follow-through
6. Knows how to Inventory
7. Familiar with common business computing software, internet functions, and able to learn new software programs as needed
8. Task delegation, time, and project management skills
