Rocky Mountain Mini Moto tried to get an indoor winter league going some years ago. The track owners wanted too much money for too short a time period. I can't remember what the name of the place was now, but it was in the Denver area and I don't know if it is still there.

I was a kart mechanic at the indoor karting center and its for sure closed down unfortunately.
