That bill is crap though. I suppose the fact that my "clunker" F-350 gets 21mpg highway (not towing, obviously) is irrelevant to these morons. Maybe they'd be better off giving vouchers for things that improve mileage first (like the ECU programmer that boosted my MPG), which not only prevents the immense waste this bill would introduce but helps stimulate the aftermarket accessories industry.
