Go to the next gun show, they always have a booth doing the custom earplugs. They take a while to do and they run for about $40!

im sponsored by big ear inc. and they are amazing! I couldn't be happier with them. check them out here. (http://www.bigearinc.com/home/Default.aspx)
In addition, if you told them I sent you, they will give you 30% off your order which makes it cheap. They are down in the springs off I-25 and Uintah (spelling?)

Big Ear and several of their competitors are always traveling around to events where ear protection is needed. You should be able to find them at most any MC event in their booths. I, too, have custom fit ear plugs. Also, if you have and I-Pod/Phone/similar player, you may want to consider other options for high-quality sound combined with ear protection. I do have I-Plugs available if you are interested.

I've got a set from EAR Inc up in Boulder. I had them drill one out for the radio. Works great when corner working, now I use them when using power tools at home too...
