Damn I wish I could have made it!!! The shopping cart surfing looks fun! And I think that's the first time I've seen four full moons... in the middle of the day no less!

Will all these festivities be revisited on the 26th? I can make that one (I'll be hung over beyond belief but I can be there!)

..I woulda been there ...but I had my Moto- Hatin, Nurse/ER Mom in town...
If I would have been able to be there , it woulda gone like this:
" Hey Ma..wanna SEE BEAUTIFUL COLORADO?.. Oh, look at these nice plains...oh wow , lets go for a walk HERE Mom! Oh look, its PAVED! easier on your ankles than Hall ranch, huh...oh LOOK! Its the MRA racing club ...Hi everybody!! Oh looook SHOPPING CARTS!
Yeah, that woulda gone over real well...

This picture reminds me of those Progressive Insurance commercials where the dude has to do housework because he doesn't have Progressive and so his bike isn't fixed yet.

(sad music and then voice over) "If Mike had chosen Progressive Insurance, Mike would not be here. Had he gone with Progressive, his motorcycle would be out of the shop and Mike would be on it - racing. Instead.... he's racing a shopping cart."

As someone who's raced across the country I was totally blown away by the layout. Sure I walked it before the pavement was down and did simulated laps, but nothing could compare to walking it with the pavement laid down. All I can say is it's better more challanging and by far the best track CO has ever ever had. A bit of Road Atlanta a bit of Laguna and bits and pieces of some of the best America has to offer. Great job and I beleive anyone would be impressed.
