General PPIR info:
This waiver http://www.mra-racing.org/PDF/PPIR.pdf will have to be filled out by EVERYONE in order to receive a gate pass. Things will go much faster if you print and fill it out ahead of time
Practice is Friday from 9am till 5pm. Lunch from noon till 1pm. Each round will last one hour and consist of Novice Slow, Novice Fast, Expert Slow and Expert Fast. 15 minutes per group. You will get 3 sessions before lunch and 4 sessions after lunch. $125 per rider. The balance of the weekend will be business as usual. We have run at PPIR in the rain in the past.
Garages can be reserved here https://www.mra-racing.org/secure/garage_08.cfm . If you want to try to get a particular garage space send a request to Jim Brewer at jjb at frii dot com AFTER you pay for the garage online. ALL GARAGES WILL BE ASSIGNED BY JIM BREWER. WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT THE TRACK CHECK WITH HIM TO FIND OUT WHERE YOUR GARAGE IS. If you move into a garage space without paying you will be charged double.
There are about a dozen RV spots with power available. They will be $50 each for the entire weekend, first come, first served, at the track. See Jim Brewer or Glenn Conser at the track.
We will be able to move in and set up after 6pm on Thursday. We will have 24 hour access to the facility all weekend, there will be security checking gate passes 24 hours.
There will be concessions available all weekend from http://www.philspigoutbbq.com/
Saturday night the track will be providing, free of charge, 2 kegs of beer and one keg of root beer from www.trinidadbrewingcompany.com
Sprint races will be 10 laps, RoR races will be 20 laps.
