in past races i remember there being some sort of a chicane coming off of the banking down into turn 1 at PPIR and i heard someone mention that they got rid of it because of safety issues... there wasnt anything like that today, is that something that will be added for next weekend or is the track configuration for next weekend going to be the same as what we rode today?

There won't be a chicane going into turn 1. Wasn't there last weekend, but I'm sure it'll be the same.

Dalton,

I worked with Glenn before setting up the track for the track day in order to assure that the setup was very similar to what we will have for the races next weekend. The track should look pretty much the same as it did yesterday.

So we wont have the temporary curbing for turn 1 like we always had when we previously raced at PPIR?

As I understand it the temporary curbing is no longer at the track and the MRA doesn't have any either.
