I have a client who has been awarded a couple HUGE contracts to install metal roofing on govt jobs. 6mo's to a year depening on what job they put you on.
Experience a plus, but they are completely willing to train. Just can't be afraid of heights, for obvious reasons.
Since they're doing Gov't contracts, all employees who go on-site must be Drug Tested prior to starting work.
Pay up to $30+ per hour (must pay prevailing wage on some of these jobs) so a pretty good gig for someone who's willing to work for a living.
SERIOUS inquiries only, these are clients and personal friends, so I don't look like a jackass for recommending some schlep.
Ping me for more info.
