Hi Guys,
The next round of the Rocky Mountain Supermoto series is coming up August 24th at IMI Motorsports complex in Erie, CO. We are going to run a split day with Minibikes and Quads in the morning. A beginner Supermoto school around noon. Supermoto racing in the afternoon.

Show up with your MRA license and race for 50%off or just take the introduction school and watch some great Racing.

If you have always wanted to try and ride Supermoto here is your chance. No need to race prep your bike, no need for numbers, come out and race your street motard/Hypermotard/race motard and take our intro to Supermoto school for $15. If you stay and race the beginner class the school is free!

The intro to Supermoto school will go over basic dirt skillz, asphalt techniques, and suspension set-up. With an open beginner practice session to test your new skillz! This school is intended for new riders or those looking to expand their motard techniques.

We plan on having tons of giveaways and payouts.

Here is the schedule.

9am - Mini Moto/Quad practice
10am - Quad/MiniMoto racing (Heats/Mains) begins

Go to http://www.supermotojunkie.com/showthread.php?t=63931 and post a reply stating you would like to ride the event but don't have a bike. I know quite a few members (myself included) are loaning their bikes out for people to take the school.

Check the forums for cheap deals. Couple weeks back I saw a 2005 ex-Graves Yamaha YZ250F for $2200. There is also a fully macked out CRF250 for sale out of CO springs.

Careful now...I have been lax lately, but this is mighty close to a vendor ad (and should be moved to that section).

Just a friendly reminder!

Dave...you gonna come out on the 24th and play?

I would love to.

We will see if I can dust off the walker and get my sorry butt out there on the track where it belongs. :)
