My rear shock housing cracked at Hastings this last race. I contacted Mike at Penske about it and he fixed my shock and changed the piggyback system on my shock to a remote reservoir so this won't happen again free of charge and shipped it back to me. Great customer service for a great product.

Also thanks to Dan Turner for letting me borrow his stock GSXR1000 shock to finish out the last race weekend.

Yes, Penske also gets the nod from me. They replaced the bracket holding my reservoir, rebuilt my shock, and shipped it back and forth at no charge.

But this was because the shock failed and was recalled.
