while it does bum a lot of people out when they see what their bikes really make, a lot of people are just stoked to see how their bikes are running. At the Epic Dyno Day a dude with a Buell Blast was hoping for 23hp, he was stoked when he made 28hp :D

It's also interesting how different generations of the same bike stack up, for instance, the old carb'd FZ1 walks all over the new injected one 8)

Friday and Saturday, May 16-17th, are Grand Prix Motorsports customer appreciation open house days. We will have the MRA meet and greet booth set up on Saturday and, as previously noted by Dingleberns, we will have enough race bikes on display. However, that does not mean that other MRA racers are not welcome to participate in the meet and greet. I invite everyone to come this Saturday and partake in the meet and greet, try your chance at winning a free bike or other prizes, have your bike dyno'd, or just enjoy some good BBQ.

Dingle plans on having the MRA booth set up prior to the 9am start and manning it all day. Clarkie will be running the dyno 10-5. The free BBQ is from 11-2. The stunt show will be early afternoon. I would imagine that it would be the busiest from around 11-3 but we hope for a steady crowd all day. MRA members are welcome to come down anytime during the day and help out at the booth.
