The printing is going to come to around $270 for 1000 full color copies. Donna, how do I go about getting this approved? If I give the go ahead by tomorrow to my dad, we can get the posters back by Monday hopefully. He is giving us a $300 price break for printing press quality copies, not Kinko's. Glenn #62

On it.

Figuring it will get approved, to whom and where do we send the check?

I will just have them invoice us. It would be much quicker that way.

We got board approval!

Ya know, if they could just email the invoice to Lynette Fuller at TotalVirtualAssistant@yahoo.com, that would be the easiest.

I will have them invoice it to her when it's ready. Also, I have been working with Ricky Orlando and we have come up with a solution for a display. These are going to be much better than rolling our sweet posters up and throwing them in a box on the floor. The beauty of this is that we are able to combine our costs with Mark Nudelman and the programs. We will be sharing a display with our own program. If that is not enough information in one area then I don't know what is. These are custom displays and it will end up costing about $900 for 150 displays. Ricky and I found this to be almost a steal. Our cost would be around $450. We would need to get approval for this also. Donna?

Sorry, I missed your post for some reason. Do we need a 150 of those things? What do they look like? How big? How durable? Any personalized color graphics on them?

They are reusable. Inevitably, some will get injured or killed at the shops so this will ensure we have plenty for years to come. In addition, the quantity discount is huge on these. Even 120 would have been substantially more expensive per piece. They are simply white cardboard displays with a literature tray at waist high. We will attach one poster onto the backing for viewers. They are very durable. These are full blown displays used everywhere you can imagine; grocery stores, magazine racks, etc. Let me know and I will talk to Ricky and get them ordered. If not, then our beautiful posters will be sitting in a box on the ground in a corner somewhere. Hopefully, the janitor won't toss em. jk. BTW, I have our posters in hand. They look amazing. I have 1000 of them. I will wait to distribute them until we find out how are displays will work. glenn #62
