:?:

Help me understand... the way I read it I'd have to spend $200 to join just so I can *see* what savings are available?

And assuming the prices are 5% below other sponsorship deals / racer pricing available to me I'd have to spend $4k a year on this site just to break even?

I must be missing something... tell me, what am I missing?

The concept is actually pretty simple. Just like Sams club charges for their membership (ie: the ability to take advantage of great deals.lg quantity etc) So does Professional Privateer, however if your referring to "sponsorship deals/racer pricing" as c+ pricing (which not everyone can get) then even then you might be paying too much. The concept also includes the tools to create and maintain a website profile etc. Let's face it, not everyone has a "deal", but this is truly a full package in promoting yourself as a "privateer".

Still not sure? Well the Professional Privateer Team (http://professionalprivateer.com) has decided to let anyone and everyone take a FREE three day trial/tour (http://professionalprivateer.com/tour.htm) to browse our full site including all of our catalogs and our community. Here you will be able to view our pricing from all of our catalogs to see if this deal is right for you. During this time, you can view the community link and see the people that have already started taking control of their career utilizing our great pricing and website profile tools. What do you have to lose, it's FREE

Click here (http://professionalprivateer.com/signup.htm) for the sign up page, after you put in your information and hit send, click on the FREE three day trial. Once we get your information, we will send you a user name and password to access the site.

If you like what you see, sign up now (http://professionalprivateer.com/signup.htm) and click on the membership link to purchase it.

*****Very Important*****

We strive to keep the absolute lowest prices possible for our members. Often times we have negotiated even higher discounts with the manufacturers that can't be radically reflected at the checkout screen!

We are experiencing some technical difficulties regarding sign up. There is an error message that pops up after you have submitted your information that looks like this:

We are working as fast as we can to resolve this issue. I will let everyone know when the dilemma has been resolved. If you need to contact us please call out toll free number at 1-888-265-0866. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Alright, sorry for the delay guys. The website has been fixed. If you type in www.professionalprivateer.com it will work now, before you had to leave the www off.

Once you get to our site, click sign up, put in your information, and depending on if your purchasing a membership or a FREE three day tour, click the one that applies to you to add it to your cart. After that, you can view all of our catalogs, our pricing, and build your own profile in our community section. We have also negotiated further discounts with manufacturers so all of the pricing in the cart, will actually be lower. Once you buy your membership, these prices will be reflected on your invoice.

Have fun guys!

Let me know if you have any questions or concerns. Thanks!

maybe im doing something wrong, but I cant seem to get past the page that says enter your credit card?

why do I have to enter a credit card # to take the "free" 3 day tour?

I will look into that Ben.

The credit card number is for age verification purposes only. It's too easy to type in a false birthday to bypass the system.

I have been getting questions regarding our pricing and retail. The prices shown during shopping are all retail prices. However, after you signed up for the tour or the membership, a personal promotion code will be given. Use this code at the checkout screen to view the discounted pricing.

****Please note, we have negotiated even deeper discounts then the prices that appear with the discount taken off, and they cannot be reflected at the checkout screen. However, once a membership is purchased, the lower prices will be reflected on the invoice and still not the checkout. So all of the prices will, more than likely, be lower then the what is stated at the checkout screen.****

Hope this helps.

So you don't know how much something really cost you until after you already bought it?

I'm confused?

DingleBerns
March 19th, 2008, 09:18 AM
Sorry that might have been confusing. Here is an example...

**not real prices**

A* boots $399.95

Our Price on site $205.43

Then we send you an invoice with the lower price

Lower price $195.56

Then you pay....

Do you automatically invoice so a user can check the final price before buying, then decide whether to purchase or not?

Or, is it assumed that once the invoice has been sent the product is going to be purchased?

DingleBerns
March 19th, 2008, 09:53 AM
Yes. If we have negotiated deeper discounts than stated at checkout, that will be reflected on the invoice. You can then view it and see if you want it or not. If you do want it, then we will process your order....

Does that make sense? or am I just confusing...

Well since we received a great response in March, the Professional Privateer Team has decided to extend the $100 off membership fee through the month of April which means the yearly fee is still only $200.

If you are unsure, come take a free three day tour and browse all of our catalogs with our pennies on the dollar pricing and see if it is right for you.

Just go to www.professionalprivateer.com

Please contact me with any questions or concerns. Thanks!

Did you guys forget to pay the web-host's bill or are you OOB?

(I was hoping that 20% off for non-members thing might still work on a new pair of boots...) #-o
