Our Second Event for the 2005 Season . . . :D

16 Apr (Sat) 7am - 5pm -- Hands-On Crew Training at Rider School
Location: Continental Divide Raceway (CDR)

---More information about the event is below...
---Directions to the track are at the end of this letter.

-------------------
Please RSVP!
Send me an Email or telephone reply as soon as you can to confirm your attendance at this event. We need to plan for the right amount of food and other supplies.

--------------------
Saturday is a New Rider School combined with Corner Marshal Hands-On Training.
Show time is on Sat 7:00 AM.

Here's what we plan to do on Saturday at the track:
-Ambulance Orientation with our primary ambulance crew,
Carolyn Spidel and Larry Durandette.
-Have some hands-on training such as:
Using fire extinguishers, Handling bikes
-Then we'll spend the rest of the day on the track.

-For those of you who could not make it to the classroom session on 1 Apr, we'll provide some one-on-one instruction at the track.

-A free BBQ Lunch will be provided. Compliments of Hardcore Racing (Mike Applehans #25) and Countyline Barbeque.

----------
We need as many experienced marshals as possible to attend. Your knowledge and assistance is crucial to ensuring that everyone learns as much as possible prior to the first full race day.

----------
As always, bring your friends!!

And of course, don't hesitate to call or email me if you have any questions.

Thanks for volunteering! =D>
--Without Corner Marshals, there would not be any Racing.

We will again provide lunch but it is from Sam Taylors BBQ not Countyline.
Countyline lost their lease and had to close.
Sam Taylors has become a perfect fit for us. A new and better menu, more food then last year.
Please think about Sam Taylors when you are craving the best BBQ in Colorado.
For more information on Sam Taylors please go here
http://www.samtaylorsbbq.com/main.htm
When you visit them please let them know Mike and Roberta sent you.
Thanks mike

I stand corrected... Sam Taylor's it is...

I guess that explains the Ribs -vs- Sausage that we enjoyed at the school last time.

Thanks again for taking care of our stomachs!
