Our CPA is missing W9's from the people below to complete 1099's to be sent out by Thursday of this week. Individuals on this list must complete a W9 (email me and I will get you a copy) and return it to me as soon as you can...HELP me please :)

As of today, the people below have not gotten their W9's to the CPA...no racing or earning money from the club until.....

I faxed it in approximately four hours before your post (can't do personal faxes during schools hours.) Maybe the list you got wasn't updated.

Cassy is out of town, but will be back late Sunday. I'll get these faxed over and forward originals on Monday. I'm sorry, we've never been asked to complete a W-9 for the club in the past and have never received any tax documentation for earnings in the past.
