This morning the Arapahoe County Board of County Commissioners unanimously approved CAMA's USR application for HPR!!

Exactly what does that mean? That means that the final step of the zoning process, far and away the most difficult part of being allowed to build a race track, and our final legal hurdle, is DONE. APPROVED. COMPLETE. FINISHED.

We are scheduled to close on the land next Thursday, the 31st. We will own the land free and clear, and have permission to build. After that step, the ONLY thing keeping us from starting construction is money. So, if you haven't donated, it's time to step up!!

This is a big day for CAMA. While there is a lot of work left to do, it feels like it's all downhill from here!
