Just to let you know we just did some updating on the edges of the track all the way around.

im not sure i understand the purpose.. is it just to widen the track?

Some areas at the edge were being eroded from rain more then others and rather then just fill in with dirt and have the same problem Werner Asphalt and the MPH Board decided to improve this with a better solution now. This should transition the edges and improve the track if one happens to go off line and off the edge.

Looks like it's for a better transition from pavement to dirt so it won't be such a drop off.

and it will be easier to transition back onto the track without the big bump.

I actually had that Supercharged Cobalt on the track today.....giving a ride to a fellow from Ireland who was visiting Hastings College. Even though I had my left knee surgery on 11/20 I could push that clutch in...Hurt a little but did it feel good to get on the track!
